The Heavy Duty Park Smart was very easy to assemble. Has kept my garage floor clean and free of water. I can just pull my car into the garage...dripping wet with water or snow and the edges collect the water as the car is melting. Very easy to vacuum up water with my Wet Dry Vac or just mop up.
